Today's article is one I could have benefitted so much from myself along the line. Because often, spiritual awakening and the manifesting journey doesn't make LOGICAL sense.

We set a big intention, feel excited about it, then it suddenly feels like everything is falling apart for no reason.

When these things happen, it's because the Universe has its own logic!

And that's what we're looking into today. 

Looking back, some of the most uncomfortable moments of my life — the ones that felt like the ground was being ripped out from under me — were actually the moments I was being shifted into a completely new timeline.

It’s not falling apart.
It’s rearranging itself for the upgrade!

Here are 5 powerful signs you’re not off track at all —
you’re rising into your next level!

1. You’re Losing Things (or People) You Thought You Needed

I remember when I first began awakening, it felt like everything stable in my life was dissolving all at once:

• relationships I trusted fell away

• opportunities I thought were “my path” suddenly collapsed

• people ghosted or drifted

• my identity felt… empty

It felt brutal.

It really freaked me out on a lowkey, questioning everything I had thought, level.

But in hindsight, I was shown that every loss was actually protection or redirection.

You see, when your vibration shifts higher, anything that can’t meet you there naturally falls away.

Sometimes people want to come along, or a job might evolve to match a higher iteration of you. But often, things "drop away". First, energetically. 

If you’re in a shedding season right now, please know:
your soul is creating space for what truly matches your worth and your highest.

What’s coming is bigger than what is falling away.

2. Old Emotional Wounds Being Triggered - Again

Let me tell you — I have had moments where I said out loud,
“Seriously? I thought I healed this already!”

Wounds can resurface when you're getting ready to level up.
Not because you failed, but because you're finally aware enough to release the deeper layers.

You can't take old pain or loops into a new timeline.
And the universe knows this.

So if you're feeling triggered, emotional, or raw…
it’s not regression.
It’s a cosmic detox!

Your higher self is saying:
“You’re almost through — let this go.”

3. You Feel Confused, Foggy, or Unmotivated

This one probably scared me the most.
Again, on a background, fundamental, questioning my existence-level. 

Because in the "upgrade" process, your entire system shifts.

On the outside, it looks like everything is the same - but on the inside, you are stirred up and it can feel really uncomfortable.

There was a point where everything I used to love felt flat.
My old goals didn’t inspire me.
My intuition felt cloudy.
I couldn’t see my next step.

I thought I’d lost my “spark.”

But the truth is, this phase is actually a recalibration.
Your old identity dissolves on some level before your new one has room to come online.

Confusion isn’t failure.
It’s a reset point.

If you’re in this phase, don’t push yourself.

Let the dust settle.
Your clarity is coming.

Energy work can greatly speed up this part of the process, in my experience, where you get to the next level faster and with less of the struggle with releasing and processing the old content. 

4. You’re Experiencing Weird “Coincidences” or Disruptions

This is when life starts glitching a little:

• electronics misbehave

• delays derail your plans

• people from your past suddenly reappear

• repeating angel numbers bombard you

• synchronicities spike or feel strange
  
  

These aren’t random.
They’re alignment markers.

You’re being redirected, nudged, repositioned.
The Universe is literally pushing to restructure your path in response to what you have prayed or asked for - or put on your vision board.

When your reality starts to feel like a surreal dream sequence,
it often means your next timeline is about to click into place.

(It's important to note that we ourselves have to be a participant in this, if you f ex start to question your ideal and settle for less, the Universe can't and won't override that.
You have to be willing to release the past and the old patterns in order for this process to complete.)

5. You’re Being Asked to Let Go of Control

This is the stage where nothing works the way it used to.

Your old manifestation methods feel stale - like there's no zing or excitement.
Your routines don’t yield results or feel "off".
Your energy feels sluggish.
You can’t “push” your way forward anymore.

This is code for the Universe saying:

“Stop trying to force the old frequency.
A new one is coming online...”

In this phase it's important to choose faith over fear,
intuition over control,
and flow over strain.

This is the moment where everything begins to shift.

(And, it's the part of the process where you really get to see how deeply you trust yourself, the Universe and life itself.)
